When you use Cubby Road, we may ask for a parent or guardian's name, phone number, email address, preferred language, city or ZIP code, and details about the kind of care you want. For example, you may tell us you want part-time preschool, full-time daycare, a bilingual program, or care close to home.

We do not collect a child's name, birth date, medical records, or any other personal information about your child. Please do not send that kind of information to us through forms, email, text, or phone.

Why we use your information

We use your information to help connect you with preschool, daycare, and early-childhood program options that may fit your needs. This can include things like location, schedule, language support, and program style.

We may also use your contact details to reply to your questions, follow up about your request, or share helpful guides from Cubby Road. For example, we may send resources like how to choose a preschool or help paying for preschool.

Cubby Road is a matching and guide service only. We are not a preschool or daycare, and we do not enroll children into programs.

How matching works

If you ask to get matched, we use the information you gave us to help identify programs that may be worth contacting. Then we may share your parent or guardian contact details and your care preferences with programs that serve your area or fit what you are looking for.

This helps programs contact you directly if they think there may be a fit. It does not mean you are admitted, accepted, or guaranteed a space. Open spots depend on the program, the child's age group, timing, and other factors.

How we protect your information

We try to protect the information you share with us by using reasonable safeguards. No website or online system can promise perfect security, but we work to keep parent and guardian information private and limited to the purpose of helping with matching and support.

We also try to keep our forms simple. That is one reason we do not ask for sensitive child information. The less private child data collected, the less there is to risk.

If you think you sent us information by mistake, please contact us and tell us what happened.

Your choices

You can choose whether to share your contact details with Cubby Road. If you do not want to fill out a form, you can still read our free information on program types, costs, and guides.

If you no longer want us to contact you, you can ask us to stop. If you want to update or correct your parent or guardian contact information, you can contact us and request a change.

Important limits to know

Cubby Road helps families save time and find options, but we do not run programs, inspect classrooms, or judge program quality. A match is only a starting point.

Because every program is different, parents should confirm key details directly with the program. Ask about schedule, price, language support, waitlists, and the current state license status. Then visit in person before you decide.
